The GCA app ("the App"), published on Google Play under package college.pingoo.mobile, is operated on behalf of GCA in Banha, Egypt. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: phone number, name, role (parent / teacher).
• Child data: name, age, enrolled class or course, attendance, behavior notes, assessment results.
• Optional photos: a child photo you choose to upload.
• Usage logs: IP address, device type, timestamps — used only for security and improvement.

2. Why We Collect It

• To show you your child's schedule, attendance, and materials.
• To enable chat between you and the teachers.
• To manage subscriptions and payment installments.
• To make sure each parent sees only their own children.

3. How We Protect It

• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
• Passwords are hashed with Argon2 — we never see them.
• We do not sell your data or your children's data to any third party. Ever.
• Data lives on secured servers, accessible only to the authorized technical team.

4. Children's Privacy

Children do not use the app directly. Only parents create accounts and enter their child's information. All child data is under the parent's full control.

5. Your Rights

• You can request account deletion at any time from the Delete My Account page.
• You can update your child's photo and name from inside the app.
• You can contact us at the email below with any questions.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except legal or financial records that we are required by law to retain.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you inside the app of any material change before it takes effect.
